Well, I guess it was time......after having the same furniture/living room set up for nearly 10 years.....to redecorate! So fun! We painted the paneling in the dining room and living room (still some lurking in the hallway - but that's for another day!) We really liked how it turned out. Then we bought new furniture, some from IKEA and some from Hobby Lobby. The IKEA trip was a real adventure....all furniture has to be picked off the shelves by YOU, and then taken through the checkout by YOU, and then hauled home by YOU (unless you want to pay for delivery)..so w/Averie in the backpack - it was pretty hilarious! 3 trips through self checkout (even the couch on two carts!) Dave was DONE with it all by the time we left but they will hold your merch. for 24hrs so we left it there and rented a van the next morning which worked out very well! So I've included pics from our adventure too!! We love it, Averie loves it....what do you think??? =)
