Saturday was just beautiful!! So we decided to take advantage of it and head to the zoo. We had a really great time! Averie enjoyed seeing the animals - but I think she had just as much fun watching the kids and people!! The cicadas were out in full force - it was deafening! They have a fun new exibit (thru Sept)called Stingray Bay where you can touch stingrays (good for those of us that don't get to florida or the caribbean regularly!! =)....but the line was too long for us on this visit..maybe next time! When we got home we headed for the local pool - great way to cool off! =) What did you do over the weekend?
