We managed to squeeze in a day of apple picking! It was a beautiful day...we headed out to Waterman to the Honey Hill Orchard. We got there around noon and it wasn't too busy.....had lunch and then headed to the trees....looking to pick some Jonathan's and Yellow Delicious. The trees were full and it was easy to fill up our bag quickly! We even got a few Jonagold's stuffed in!! The bees were almost non existent which was great. After picking we loaded up with cider and cider donuts. Heading back we also made a stop at Ollie's (frozen custard) in DeKalb. Classic fall day - so fun! =)
